🏗️ Coconut Crossing Breaks Ground
Coconut Crossing is a new retail center that is currently under construction right across the street from Avenir. Tenants include Starbucks, Aldi, Wendy’s, and more.

🛍️ Aritzia Opens at The Gardens Mall
Aritzia, a popular women’s clothing brand, has opened its second Palm Beach County location, with the other being at Town Center in Boca.

🛒 Joann Fabrics Files For Bankruptcy
Joann is expected to close hundreds of its stores and all three here in our county.

🏖️ New Beachfront Park Coming Soon
The county is moving forward with plans for a new beachfront park in Highland Beach, located between Delray Beach and Boca Raton. It’s been in the works for 38 years!

🚜 Inlet Dredging
Maintenance dredging at the Lake Worth Inlet is officially underway and will continue for the next 5 to 6 weeks. The sand removed will be pumped onto the adjacent beach at Phipps.

🍦 New Dessert Spot In WPB
16 Handles has just opened a new shop on S Dixie Highway, right across from Lynora's. They have a rotating selection of frozen yogurt, ice cream, sorbets, and plenty of toppings to choose from.

🍕 New Pizzeria In Delray
Gesto Artisan Pizzeria is officially opening today, taking over the former Amar Mediterranean space. They’ll be serving up delicious sourdough-crust pizzas, all baked in a wood-burning oven.
