🦞 New seafood spot opens in WPB
Palm Beach Lobsters & Seafood, a local family business known for supplying fresh seafood across the county, is opening its very first restaurant in West Palm Beach. They will be serving everything from lobster rolls to tuna poke tacos. They’ll also be selling fresh, locally sourced lobsters and stone crab claws. Join them for their soft opening tomorrow, September 19 at 2501 N Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach.

🏗️ New affordable housing complex coming to Riviera
Palm Beach County approved nearly $4.7 million earlier this week to help build The Residences at Marina Village, a new affordable housing apartment complex in Riviera Beach. Construction is expected to begin in two weeks and will be completed by late 2026.

♣️ Members only social club coming to WPB
Biba Social, a new members only social club, is set to open in West Palm Beach this winter. It’ll be a place where members can get together, dine, and unwind away from the crowds. The club will also feature a small hotel for members and will be home to the first U.S. location of Mayabay, a Thai-Japanese restaurant that has locations in Monaco, Dubai, Montenegro and the French Alps. This isn’t the only private club coming to town, Bellini Rooftop Lounge is set to open in late 2027.

Adoptable Pets

Meet Monica, a sweet Jack Russel and Chihuahua mix. She’s a bit shy and is still figuring out the world around her, but with some love and patience, she’ll open up and shower you with unconditional love. Next up we have Ada, a beautiful one year old calico who was found as a stray caring for her six kittens who have all been adopted. She’s playful, a little sassy, and will absolutely steal your heart.
