🍨 Publix's Limited-Edition Ice Cream
If you’re an ice cream lover like me, then you’ll want to head to your local Publix and grab some of their limited-edition flavors. I’m not sure how long they’ll be in stores, but I do know they’ll sell out fast! Another batch of new flavors is coming this summer.

🐕 St. Pittie's Day Adoption Special
From Friday, March 14 to Sunday, March 16, Peggy Adams will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with FREE adoptions for all adult pitbulls and pit mixes.

🎆 Palm Beach Wants WPB To Reconsider Fireworks
Palm Beach’s council is pushing WPB for a rethink on fireworks at the 4th on Flagler celebration, citing concerns over noise and environmental impact.

There will be fireworks at the celebration this year, but who knows what will happen next year and beyond. Sounds like we might be close to joining other major cities in switching to drones instead.

💦 Rapids Waterpark Opens
Rapids opens this weekend, just in time for Spring Break! This year, they’re debuting their new Mega Mayhem water coaster, where you can supposedly hit speeds of up to 22 mph. 

I can’t remember the last time I went to Rapids but it was always a blast. I was never big on the huge rides like Black Thunder or Big Red. I like to say it was because of the long lines… You’d always find me floating down the Lazy River or jumping through waves in the Wave Pool.

🏗️ New Projects Brewing For CityPlace
CityPlace keeps growing, and there’s no sign of it slowing anytime soon. I know not everyone has a subscription to The Palm Beach Post, so I’ll share a few things that stood out to me.

• Related Ross is still trying to strike a deal with Publix to build a new much bigger store on the NW corner of Rosemary and Banyan.

• They are also helping work a deal between the county and Live Nation to build a 3,000-seat enclosed venue near the courthouse.

• And the most surprising to me is that a new music festival might be coming to town. The Palm Tree Festival could be making its way to WPB soon. Does this mean goodbye SunFest? 🤷
