🏗️ The Ritz-Carlton Residences are almost complete
The Ritz Carlton Residences are set to be completed by late spring 2026, and 50% of the units have already been sold. Amenities include a marina, a resort style pool, pickleball courts, a concierge, guest suites, a waterfront clubhouse, and more. They’re located at 11297 Ellison Wilson Rd, Palm Beach Gardens.

🏠 The new community being built in Northwood
The Estates at Nomar is one of the newest communities being built in West Palm Beach. It will feature more than 100 single family homes (1,800 to 3,900 sq. ft.) with prices starting at $1.5 million.

🌮 A beloved Boston taco spot is coming to NORA
Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar is opening its first location outside of Boston right here in West Palm Beach at NORA. They’re planning to open early next year.

🐟 New Greek restaurant opening soon in West Palm
Kyma, a popular New York based Greek restaurant, is opening its first location outside of New York in Downtown West Palm by the end of the year. You’ll find them at 728 S Olive, West Palm Beach.

🍽️ Waxin's finally opens in Downtown West Palm
Waxin’s, a Swedish-American restaurant and bar, has finally opened its WPB location on Clematis after originally planning to debut in 2023. You can get your Swedish meatball fix at 230 Clematis St, West Palm Beach.

🏓 The nation's largest indoor padel club is officially open
Xcel Padel has opened its newest indoor facility in West Palm Beach, featuring 12 padel courts, saunas, a gym, cold plunges, a yoga studio, and even serves as the company's headquarters. You can check it out at 101 Sansburys Way, West Palm Beach

🌧️ Rain Barrel Giveaway
If you are a City of West Palm Beach water customer, you can receive a free 55-gallon rain barrel and learn how it can help you conserve water, help the environment, and save money. Registration for this giveaway is required and closes on December 10.

🍷 Cooper's Hawk opens in Wellington
The American winery and restaurant chain, known for blending casual dining with a Napa style tasting room and wine club, opened its doors over the weekend. You can find them at 1387 S State Road 7, Wellington.

🧑‍💻 An AI data center may be coming to Loxahatchee
The county has approved an application for a new AI data center project in Loxahatchee near Arden. The development will span more than 200 acres and include multiple buildings full of computers for data processing, along with additional warehouse space. 

🛸 You could soon take an air taxi to Miami
Archer Aviation has announced plans to launch an air taxi network connecting Miami, West Palm, Boca and Fort Lauderdale with electric air taxi flights, dramatically reducing travel times compared to traditional ground transportation.

🥯 Delray is getting a new bagel spot
PopUp Bagels, a popular Connecticut bagel brand, is opening its first permanent Palm Beach County location in Delray. They are known for their hot, fresh plain bagels and unique rotating cream cheese flavors known as “schmears.” They open this Saturday at 8 AM at 257 NE 2nd Ave, Delray.

📸 Delray launches school zone speed cameras
The City of Delray Beach has launched automated speed cameras in school zones across the city. This month, they’re only issuing warning notices, but starting next month if you’re going 11 mph over the posted speed limit, expect a citation in the mail.
