🛒 A Publix in Palm Beach Gardens is back
After a full year of renovations, the Publix at Promenade Plaza off A1A in Palm Beach Gardens is officially back open today.

🛍️ Two new stores at the Outlets
Two new stores have just opened at the Palm Beach Outlets. Izod is now open next to Steve Madden, and Wacoal has set up shop right across from Coach.

🍕 Second Ah Beetz opens in Delray
The popular pizza joint Ah-Beetz has opened a second location in Delray, their fourth in the county. I have yet to try their pizza, but people say they're the real deal when it comes to New Haven style pizza. It is located at 15200 Jog Road, Delray Beach.

🔒️ Mulligan's has closed for good
The popular Mulligan’s Beach House on Singer Island has officially closed after 8 years. The owners shared that they’re downsizing as they move toward retirement. No word yet on what’s replacing it, so for now, we wait and see what’s next for that prime beachfront spot.

Who has the best banh mi around town?

So earlier this week, I came across a video of someone trying a banh mi sandwich, and it looked amazing. So I decided to give it a try and stopped by Pho and Rolls in Jupiter to try one.

But honestly, I wasn’t all that impressed. I think my mistake was going with the chicken instead of the pork, and the veggies didn't seem like they were pickled either. I definitely need to give it another shot, can't judge it based on just one sandwich.

For those unfamiliar with banh mi, it’s a Vietnamese sandwich that blends a crispy French baguette with savory fillings like pork, pâté, pickled veggies, fresh herbs, and chili sauce. It’s a flavorful fusion of French and Vietnamese cuisine.
