🛒Michigan Grocer Coming to Gardens 
Plum Market, a popular Michigan-based grocery store, is opening in Palm Beach Gardens. They’ve just signed a lease in the Prosperity Centre shopping plaza, taking over the old Bed Bath & Beyond space, with plans to open next spring. This will be their second Florida location, with the other one being in Miami.

👋 Goodbye Rhum Shak
Rhum Shak, a longtime favorite in downtown Lake Worth, has officially closed its doors this week. The reason? They have apparently sold the place. No we wait and see what takes its place.

🌮 Boynton has a new taco spot
Talkin’ Tacos, the popular fast-casual Mexican eatery, has just opened its second Palm Beach County location in Boynton Beach. They have two more locations on the way: one in West Palm and the other in Delray but no official opening dates just yet.

🥩 Another steakhouse closes
Stonewood Grill & Tavern in Wellington has suddenly closed, leaving many locals surprised and confused. It was one of the more popular restaurants in Wellington and the place was always busy. No word yet on what led to the closure.

🏗️ New tower in Downtown WPB
Palm Beach Atlantic University has received approval to move forward with a new 25-story building and an 11-story parking garage. This comes as the university plans to increase campus enrollment, and this new tower will help house more students on campus.
