Welcome to this edition of The Palm Beach Weekender. A weekly roundup of local weekend events, plus some other cool things happening in our area.

I have plenty of ideas for this newsletter, but I’m not moving forward with anything unless you’re on board. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing some new ideas and would really love to hear what you think.

Weekly Scoop

🏗️ New Boys And Girls Club Coming Soon 
A new Boys and Girls Club is set to be built in Dreher Park in West Palm Beach. The facility will include computer labs, a cafeteria, an outdoor playground and a gym. The project is expected to be completed by spring 2026.

🛒 Boynton Has A New Sprouts
There is a new Sprouts opening tomorrow in Boynton. The store is located at 2222 N. Congress Ave, Boynton Beach. Looks like the first 200 shoppers tomorrow and Saturday will receive a free reusable bag with a few little goodies inside. So if you’re interested, get there early!

🍽️ Motek Debuts In Palm Beach County
Motek, a very popular Mediterranean restaurant from Miami, just opened its first Palm Beach County location. They officially opened their doors yesterday in Boca Raton. 

🐄 Greenacres Gets Its Own Chick-fil-A
The new Chick-fil-a just opened today in Greenacres! So if you live in the area, you won’t have to drive down to the mall anymore. The new location is located in between IHOP and Applebee’s on Forest Hill and Jog. 

🍲 New Kapow Location
Kapow has officially opened in downtown Delray! This popular Asian kitchen and noodle bar just launched its third Palm Beach County location, joining West Palm and Boca. 

🍽️ New Mediterranean Spot In Delray
Marash, a laid-back Mediterranean spot, quietly opened its doors last week in Delray Place. You’ll find them right next to Another Broken Egg.

Adoptable Pets

Let me introduce you to Lois, a sweet Husky Shepherd mix with tons of energy for playtime but also a fan of those cozy snuggles next to you. Next we have Sandy, a black and brown tabby who’s all about treats and cuddles.
