🥳 First Nora tenant opens its doors
Last weekend, Sunday Motor Co., a lovely modern American cafe from Northern New Jersey, had its soft opening. But this isn’t your typical all day cafe. On the weekends, it transforms into an incredible car showcase with all kinds of unique rides. I visited the shop this past weekend and loved it. It was also great finally seeing the Nora District in person. New spots will continue to slowly open from here on out. Highly recommend checking them out and taking a stroll down Railroad Ave.

🍽️ Flavor South Florida has begun
Flavor South Florida is a month-long dining event where over 100 restaurants across Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast offer affordable prix fixe lunch and dinner menus priced between $25 and $70. No tickets are needed, just reserve your table and ask for the flavor menu. It runs throughout September, which happens to be South Florida's slowest tourism month, and helps support local owners, chefs, bartenders, and servers before high season kicks in. 🚧 Currie Park Boat Ramps and Docks have closed
The docks and boat ramps at Currie Park are currently closed as part of a $35.5 million redesign and renovation project. It is expected to be completed in two years and will reopen in spring of 2027.

🏢 Major software company might be coming to WPB
The City of West Palm Beach, along with the state, is offering incentives to lure in a major software company to open a regional headquarters in downtown West Palm. While the company hasn’t been officially named, rumors point to ServiceNow, a California based Fortune 500 company that helps businesses automate and organize office tasks using AI. If the deal goes through, it would bring more than 850 new jobs with an average salary of $170,000, making it one of the largest employers in the county.

☕ New coffee spot coming to Wellington
Foxtail Coffee Co., the popular Florida born coffee shop from Winter Park, is opening a new location in Wellington around the beginning of October. You’ll find them at 1385 S State Rd 7, in the new retail shops right before Wellington Regional. I’ll let you know when they officially open.

🔒 Another restaurant closes in Mizner Park
Loch Bar, the popular upscale seafood restaurant and whisky bar in Mizner Park, served its last meal Sunday night. Sad to see another local favorite shut its doors.

Adoptable Pets

I’d love for you to meet Billy, an adorable 4 month old Doberman and Catahoula mix. I’ve been following his story since he was rescued from PBC ACC, and it’s been amazing to see how far he’s come. Billy was sadly dumped in a shopping plaza at just 4 weeks old, most likely because of his eye problems, which eventually had to be removed.

But despite it all, he’s thriving with his foster family and adapting beautifully to life without sight. He loves his morning trips to the beach and is always happy to cuddle in your lap. He’s currently being fostered in a home with both dogs and cats, and does great with them. Billy would do best in a home without small children and lots of patience. To adopt, you can click here.

Meet the beautiful Lily, a 10 year old long-haired cat, who is looking for a quiet home where she can relax and be loved unconditionally. She is a bit shy at first, but her sweet, gentle personality will eventually shine through.
